Public hearing scheduled for proposed Nederland Forestry Processing and Sort Yard on Ridge Rd

Update:  A public hearing is scheduled to discuss the proposed Nederland Community Forestry Processing and Sort Yard on Ridge Rd.

The proposed Nederland Community Forestry Processing and Sort Yard on Ridge Rd is moving along in the public process.  The Board of County Commissioners will be holding a public meeting to discuss the Docket LU-09-0010: Boulder County Forestry Processing and Sort Yard on Aug. 4th 2009 at 4:30pm.  All persons interested in this docket are requested to attend such hearing and aid the Commissioner in their considerations.  Detailed information regarding this item, including maps and legal descriptions, is available for public examination at the Boulder County Land Use Department, 13th and Spruce, Boulder, CO, call 303-441-3030 or information can be accessed on Boulder County's webpage.
